Project "Just A Chance to be Heard" was started in 2011 by Piper Burke, the drummer and guitarist for local teenage band Wilted Roses (http://wiltedroses.yolasite.com). Project Just A Chance gives local bands that are just starting out everything they need to be successful in the local music scene. We provide gigs and put together concerts, promote the bands, and are dedicated to giving the bands just what they need: just a chance to be heard.
